Adam G. Holofcener is an associate at Oliver Grimsley. Mr. Holofcener’s practice focuses on Entertainment Law, Trademark, Copyright and other intellectual property issues as well as general corporate and business transactions.

Mr. Holofcener has helped clients form business entities, such as Limited Liability Companies, draft and review contracts, and settle disputes concerning the infringement of intellectual property. In addition to his primary practice, Mr. Holofcener has experience counseling clients in the art and entertainment industries. He also currently serves as Executive Director of the non-profit organization Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
Prior to joining Oliver Grimsley, Mr. Holofcener was a staff attorney at the California Monitor, a program of the California Attorney General that assisted homeowners struggling with foreclosure under the National Mortgage Settlement.
